Proofing: Proofs are sent through fax or email by your request only for small printing projects like business cards, letterheads, brochures, envelopes and other office stationary. Full color projects are printed on our EPSON full color proofer that prints high quality color proofs for our customers to view physically.

Beginning of Process: Your job schedule starts once your proof approval is returned to United Printing Company via fax or email and signed with your signature if proof was faxed to you. After approved your job will take 5 to 6 working days, this does not include weekends.

Important Notice: Because we want to do quality work for you and/or your company our proofing department checks proofs for any type of errors however you have the final responsibility to be sure there are NO errors on the proofs that are sent to you.
